How do I find products for birthdays or similar occasions?

If you place your mouse over the word "Occasion" at the top of our Home Page, you will see a list of occasions displayed - e.g. Birthday, Anniversary, Mother's Day, etc. Clicking on any occasion will show you the list of products for that occasion.

Can I order multiple items - flowers, cake, etc. on the same order?

You can select as many items as you want, and keep adding them to your cart. Once you are ready, view your Shopping Cart and click on "Proceed for Checkout". All the items in your cart can be selected for checkout.

How do I order a greeting card / teddy bear / vase / chocolates with my flowers or cake?

Each time you select an item to add to your cart or view a product page, you can select various add-on options such as greeting cards, teddy bears, vases, chocolates, etc. to add to your order.

Can I see how the flower bouquet for my order actually looks on delivery?

Yes, when you are adding an item to the cart, you can select the Option "Send me a photo", and we will email you a photo of the bouquet. A nominal charge applies for this service

I like one of your bouquet designs, but can I get it made in a larger size / different colours?

Yes, most of our bouquets allow you to specify whether you want to add more flowers and choose from colour options. When you select the bouquet to add to your cart or view it on  product page, you can select the colour and size that you want by clicking on the options provided. If you are looking for further customisation, just call us, and we'd be pleased to make a bouquet to your specifications.

Can I get a different packaging for my bouquet?

Yes, premium packaging options are available for most hand bunches. When you select the bouquet to add to your cart or view it on  product page, you can select the packaging. If you are looking for further customisation, just call us, and we'd be pleased to help you.

I want to place an order but don't have the exact address of the recipient. What do I do?

You need to fill in at least the recipient's correct mobile number. Please call and let us know once you have placed the order. We will then call the recipient to determine the address, paint it and if it is within the areas covered by Tilia, we will make the delivery for you. 

 How can I pay for my order? Is it safe to use my credit card online?  Tilia uses the services of CCAvenues, an independent payment gateway provider to process your payment. When you have entered all the details and are ready to pay for your order, you will be directed to the CCAvenues payment page. CCAvenues is PCI (Payment Card Industry) certified for secure payments.  CCAvenues accepts multiple payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards and funds transfer from your bank account using net banking. If you are using an Indian credit /debit card, you will probably have to use a password (e.g. Verified by Visa) or a one-time-password (OTP), as an additional level of security to complete your transaction.
