Terms & Conditions

  1. Tilia is the registered brand name of Varna Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. Any reference to Tilia in this website is deemed to be a reference to Varna Agro Products Pvt. Ltd.

  2. Tilia currently delivers flowers only in Bangalore. Our area of delivery is bounded by Kadugodi, Yeshwantpur, Hebbal, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Arekere, Konakunte Cross and Electronic City. We will not be able to deliver outside this area.

  3. Flowers and containers shown in the pictures are indicative. Flowers are natural products, and their availability is subject to a number of factors, which may not always be in our control. If it is not possible to source the exact flowers / containers indicated in the bouquet you have chosen, we will substitute with other colours / flowers / containers of equivalent price and quality. Wherever possible, we will try to consult you before making a substitution.

  4. Cash on delivery option is not available for midnight delivery orders, and for orders of value more than Rs. 2500 and on Feb 13 and Feb 14

  5. If you would like us to collect the payment from you, and deliver the order to a different location, a cash collection charge will be applicable.

  6. You may specify a gift message for your order during the checkout process. By default, the names that you specify in the billing and shipping address for your order will be assigned automatically by the system to the "From" and "To" fields for the gift message. If you would like to send your gift anonymously, please ensure that you blank out the "From" name on the gift message.

  7. If the "From" name on the gift message is kept blank, we will ensure that no sender's name is reflected in the delivery challan or gift message. However, if the recipient calls our office and insists on obtaining the details of the sender, we will, after due verification, be constrained to give the details of the sender.

  8. Tilia will not execute orders with abusive/inappropriate gift messages. 

  9. Any changes to your order must be communicated to Tilia in writing at least 12 hours prior to the delivery slot selected.  Please call our office between 9 am and 9 pm IST to confirm your changes.

  10. For orders placed online on our website, you will receive a confirmation once the payment is successfully completed from the CCAvenues payment gateway page. Please note that unless Tilia receives a confirmation of payment from CCAvenues, your order cannot be processed. Tilia cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing your order arising out of delays in banking transactions or other delays that result in non-receipt of the payment confirmation by Tilia.

  11. Instructions / messages must be specified on the Tilia order page. Instructions / messages entered on the CCAvenues payment page cannot be processed by Tilia. Changes to these instructions / messages will not be effective unless they are acknowledged by Tilia. If you have any doubts, please call our office to obtain confirmation of your changes.

  12. Tilia reserves the right to determine whether to provide services to any particular individual, organization or group, and can refuse to provide services without assigning any reasons thereof.

  13. For Valentine's orders, i.e. orders being placed for delivery on February 13 and 14, you must choose only products from the Valentine's Day catalogue. Other products will not be delivered on these two days and should not be chosen for Valentine's Day orders. 

  14. You must specify the correct email id, billing & shipping names, addresses, telephone and mobile number details on your order. If this information is not correct, we will not be able to contact you or the recipient for any clarifications, confirmations or acknowledgements related to your order, and may not be able to deliver it correctly.

  15. Tilia and its staff are not in any way liable for any claim, costs, expenses or damages you may incur either directly or indirectly from your use of this site and our services.

  16. Prices for greeting cards may include a nominal charge for handling over and above the MRP mentioned on the greeting cards.

  17. You acknowledge that all product names, details, images, logos and other content used on this site belong to Tilia or its partners / vendors / service providers and are protected by international copyright laws, and may not be used by you or any other party for commercial or other purposes, without the express written consent of Tilia.

  18. All offers at the discretion of the Company. Tilia reserves the right to withdraw promotional offer at any time without any advance notice. Valentine's Day offers are applicable only on flowers and NOT on add-on items.

  19. The above terms and conditions, together with the Delivery & Shipment Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Substitution Policy and any other terms and conditions that Tilia may post on its website from time to time, shall govern all transactions made between you and Tilia. By placing an order on Tilia, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these polices and terms and conditions, and agree to them, and that the laws of India will apply to this agreement. All matters or claims related to this agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India, only.
