2. Flower colours and containers shown in the pictures are indicative. Flowers are natural products, and their availability is subject to a number of factors, which may not always be in our control. If it is not possible to source the flowers indicated in the bouquet you have chosen, we will substitute with flowers of equivalent price and quality.

3. If the recipient of the flowers is not available ( not at home, is in a meeting or not receiving phone calls) or not willing to take delivery of the flowers when our delivery person arrives, we will deem the order as executed, and charge for it. Our delivery personel will not wait for long for the recipient to come home/ front office.


4. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation/refund is not possible under any circumstance as we deal with perishables.
